The dune house is located at one of the most beautiful sites of the island, in the middle of the dunes, close to the village of Ballum. Looking out of Scopia, you have an unobstructed view over the dunes with its gorgeous birds. A bird of prey, floating on the thermals, looking for a tasty mouse; a giant mass of cloud; an amazing sunset: all this can be seen when visiting Scopia.

It is a place for real nature lovers, who want to rewind from the daily grind. The dune house is compact, cosy and has recently been completely renewed. The inside and outside have recently been painted. Besides, the kitchen is new and has the most modern equipment.

Guests of Scopia will love the space and quiet, because of the rare location and large area around the dune house. The garden is vast and allowes the most beautiful flowers to bloom there in summer. Close by is the Ballum Airport. In summer you will see small planes landing there now and then and it is possible to even see a sky diver. There are many playing facilities for kids at walking distance.

A subscription for the swimming pool (free) is available from the beginning of May until the end of September. This is ready for you in the house.
